Nestled in the foothills of the Caldera, Avion Retreat is located on 150 acres and boasts magnificent views of Wollumbin (Mt Warning), Coowarragum (The Pinnacle) and Wiangaree (the Border Ranges) . 

The property has been in primary production since the early 1900’s.  The original farming family had the foresight to retain many pockets of trees and magnificent hoop pines scattered throughout the property.

During its farming history it has been logged for timber, a dairy farm, home to an assortment of farm animals including pigs, chickens and goats.

Today, Avion Retreat is home to a small herd of grassfed Brangus beef cattle. Guests can also meet our resident house cows who are very happy to be hand fed.
